Susan is absolutely wonderful.  When my fiancé and I first moved to Nashville we asked her (my finance's) sister who she would recommend for helping us with finding a house.  Without missing a beat she immediately said Susan Thetford.  We spent 4 days with Susan looking for the perfect home, and received a nice tour of the city in the process.  Even after we bought our home Susan continued to remain in contact with us and that remains true until this day.  She brought us food for our first dinner in our new home after the closing.  She does not act like a typical blood sucking realtor who only cares about the money and we loved that about her.  She is very kind, caring and actually wants a personal relationship with you.  You will not be disappointed if you chose Susan Thetford.  We will definitely be calling her when it's time for our next home!
